When the picture is not the real you...

I believe that what pictures we place in our profile sometimes do not really match the characteristic of the true person we are trying to project. Many times, external appearance becomes the basis of an identity. The looks and make-ups somewhat turn to be an instrument that appeal to the public.
..
But images in my own opinion is truly a very insufficient proof of our true nature. The photogenic, the killer smile, the tantalizing eyes and the gorgeousness is fairly the 1/4 of what is really true.
..
I say this because - it is important that we come to realize that we are more than just the picture. Images is not really " us ". It is simply the skin and it is always subjected to sickness, diseases, old age, pressure, stress and lots of other stuff as well.
..
The picture can only become the REAL YOU when the inner person engage in two way communication and prove his/herself to have a true character, and is more than willing to expose what kind of person he/she is...whenever situation permit.
..
It is one of the hardest thing to do, because most of us are tied up to an idea that what you see is what you get. But sometimes, the images more often than not became one of the reason why people fall into temptation, false hopes, and disbelief.
..
It is always best to hear how a person would express, relate, and present his/her inner identity through consistent effort to prove that he/she is more than the images. That images is not a still pictures, but A Real One, with character, dignity, integrity, and sensibility.
..
I say again , let us transcend the external images and build a character that could support that image. We do not have to be a copy cut, but a person with originality.
..
Cheers!
