While you are meditating...

Meditation is a very serious stuff to handle. Yes, there's a set of practice that has to be observe if we wish to start and to a serious student this discipline requires not only willingness but a sincere heart with a very patience character. It is not an ordinary practices that was develop by some smart teacher from the ancient past. It is a well defined disciplines that is created for those who are ready and prepared to climb the ladder of perpetual life.

It has its first step, second and the third. Meaning once a step has been made then the student will be ready to take the next step one after another then so on and so forth...
Meditation is not simply a comfortable way of life, like what you're seeing in the picture. That is a very wrong notion of looking at it. If you think, that to meditate is to find luxury and to be taken to cloud 9 instantly or perhaps you would be thinking that this is the best thing to do in life, or again it is one great practice that you'll need to stay healthy. Then, you are basically and completely in error!

Again, Meditation is a way of life. It is a serious spiritual business. It is not a good time either. It is studying, analyzing, evaluating, assessing, and transformation. It is a very serious stuff, it is more than just a breathing lessons, it is the culmination of the self. Taking the self into a sphere where it can function as a self and not a slave, a dreamer, or an illusionist. There is a great difference between just sitting and meditating. Meditation is entering a very dangerous place men would ever dare to enter - and I will not highlight it in here, because meditation is a discovery in its own right. The student must find out what it is all about and not just simply believing that it is some kind of wonderful experiences alone.

Meditation will re-orient you from the simplicity to the complexity of its nature. One statement which you may not be familiar that you have to remember is this; " Let the disciple slay the slayer!" That very word must be memorize by the student at least as a reminder of what kind of situation is taking place during meditation.

The process and experience were two thing, the student will be taken only one step at a time depending on the temperament and nature. The road is so steeped and narrow yet superbly of spiritual in nature. It could be the ultimate challenge one would ever experience in life and this is probably the most important discipline one should hold on to. It is the key to liberation and if one is fit and ready...then, prepare yourself for a true and real adventure of your lifetime.

Meditation has so much to show you...!!!
